NOTICE INVITING BIDS IFB FOR PURCHASE OF SIX WHEELCHAIR RAMPS

San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD), a public transit district, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE sealed Bids are invited for purchase of wheelchair ramps for 2006 Gillig Hybrid 40ft buses, all in strict conformance with, “IFB FOR PURCHASE OF SIX (6) WHEELCHAIR RAMPS,” dated March 3, 2016.  IFB on file at 421 E. Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA 95201.

Go to RTD’s “Doing Business” page at www.sanjoaquinRTD.com to download, at no cost, IFB documents or register as new vendor.

Bidders shall submit all Bids to RTD offices, via hard copy, by 2:00 P.M., APRIL 7, 2016.  Each Bid must be sealed, labeled “IFB FOR PURCHASE OF SIX WHEELCHAIR RAMPS, Solicitation No.: 2016-R108936-MSE“.  Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.

If IFB is subject to Federal financial assistance, and for any reason said assistance is withdrawn, then and in such event, RTD may withdraw this Notice and/or terminate any Contract entered into in accordance with this IFB.

Bidders are required to comply with all local, state, federal laws/regulations, and familiarize themselves with the IFB.

RTD reserves the right to postpone Bid opening, accept/reject any/all Bids, waive informality in any Bid, all as RTD deems to be in its own best interests and subject to the rules/regulations issued by FTA and USDOT.
