New Phoenix Valley facility set to open

Valley Metro in Phoenix will unveil a new Mobility Center during a ceremony on February 23. The new facility will aid thousands of passengers needing assistance navigating the transit system. The new Center includes a full-sized 40-foot bus and bus shelter featuring life-size photo murals showing various transportation modes. Currently, there are more than 11,000 Valley Metro riders eligible for the Americans with Disabilities Act, allowing for reduced fares on the bus and access to paratransit and area Dial-a-Ride services.
