The Motorcoach Council has hired Philadelphia-based public relations firm Barton Gilanelli & Associates to help better publicize the Council’s mission. Motorcoach Council officials say a tactical public relations plan is the way to promote awareness of the availability, selection and benefits of motorcoach transportation. The PR strategy will capture the attention of travel writers, magazine editors, TV producers and other media outlets. The Motorcoach Council was drawn to BGA for its successful Go RVing campaign with the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association. Motorcoach Council Executive Director Heather Horton says the public needs to be more informed about the environmental benefits, luxury and convenience of motorcoaches.
