BYD Motors, Inc announces its proposed overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 4% for Federal Fiscal Year 2015. The proposed goal and its methodology are available for inspection during normal business hours at the company for thirty (30) days following the date of this notice.
