SUMMARY:
The Senior Contracts Administrator will plan, issue solicitations, negotiate, and administer complex procurements of goods, and services with specialized commercial and technical requirements. Responsible for solicitation development, proposal evaluation, cost and price analysis, negotiations, source selection, contract formulation, and contract award. Develop and execute large, complex contracts for design, design/build, CM@Risk, IT technology, capital equipment, professional services, construction services, rolling stock, and other agreements and contracts for the Agency in accordance with its policies, procedures and in compliance with all state, federal and local regulations and laws.
