Transdev announces partnership with the city of Lodi in San Joaquin County, California.

Transdev is proud to announce a new partnership with the City of Lodi in San Joaquin County, California. Transdev will be managing the operations of the City of Lodi’s GrapeLine and VineLine services, beginning July 1, 2021.

Transdev was the highest ranked firm out of five bidders for its ability to bring higher quality service, modern technology solutions, and improved customer service. Further, the City will benefit from Transdev’s expertise as it prepares for fleet electrification over the next few years. “We look forward to embarking on this new partnership and being a valuable member of the Lodi community – as a seamless extension of the City as the transit provider, but also as an employer of Lodi citizens,” said Transdev RVP Ron Bushman.

“In the request for proposal, we set the bar high with our expectations for high quality service.  Transdev’s proposal, presentation and staffing plan demonstrated innovative approaches that we believe will exceed our expectations for providing high quality transit service to Lodi residents,” added Georgia Graham, Transportation Manager for the City of Lodi Public Works Department.

“We are excited to kick off this partnership and show the City of Lodi the Transdev difference. We have a strong reputation in the Northern California market and look forward to bringing our best practices in operations management to benefit the City’s already successful transit program,” added Bushman.
