Tucson, AZ-based Sun Tran received a Gold ADDY award for the transit company’s TV commercial promoting the use of express service for commuters. Sun Tran won for a commercial entitled “Marion and Kate.” The award was presented Feb. 19 at the 30th Annual ADDY Awards ceremony at the Historic Fox Theatre in Tucson. The ADDY Awards recognize creative excellence in advertising, with gold being the highest level awarded. The ADDY allows Sun Tran now to compete at one of the 14 districts throughout the U.S., the next step before moving on to the national level.
