REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP #16-03 – PRTC Bus Overhauls Phase II
The Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to perform overhaul services on twenty-three (23) 45-foot MCI coaches and one (1) 40-foot Gillig low-floor transit bus.
There will be an optional pre-proposal conference held on Monday, July 18, 2016 at 9:00 AM at the PRTC Transit Center, 14700 Potomac Mills Road, Woodbridge, VA. 22192. An opportunity for vehicle inspection will be held July 17, 2016 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and immediately following the pre-proposal conference on July 18, 2016, there will be time for a cursory inspection.
Beginning July 8, 2016, RFP #16-03 will be available on-line at www.prtctransit.org or by contacting Perrin Palistrant at 703-580-6162 or ppalistrant@omniride.com. Proposals are due August 30, 2016 by 12:00 noon at the PRTC Transit Center.
