Manager of Training and Development
VIA Metropolitan Transit in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Manager of Training & Development. Come join VIA’s Safety, Training and System Security Division as the Manager of Training & Development. We are seeking an innovative and visionary leader with at least 3 years’ experience to facilitate, supervise and direct the functions and activities of the Training and Development Department, including bus and van operator training, new hire Maintenance, system security, and safety training. Also responsible for managing the development, administration and evaluation of training policies, programs, methods, materials and techniques. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Personnel Administration or a related field and at least 3 years experience in developing and conducting training programs for various employee levels or other adult education programs, or an acceptable combination. Salary commensurate with experience.
