DDS Wireless International names Scott Hardy as new president of StrataGen Systems division

DDS Wireless International Inc. is pleased to announce the arrival of Scott Hardy who joined the company as President of its StrataGen Systems division in April 2016.

Hardy brings more than 30 years of information technology, business strategy, leadership, and executive management experience to the company.  Over the span of his career, he has worked with a diverse set of clients and partners across a wide array of industries including transportation, government, telecommunications, and financial services to name a few. Hardy’s skill in transforming business has been evident throughout his career.  Most recently, he maintained a management consulting practice focused on business strategy, executive mentoring and coaching, and business development.

Prior to that, Hardy had a distinguished 30-year career with IBM.  At IBM, he held executive and senior positions within sales, services and consulting, marketing, and headquarters functions in both Canada and the United States.  In his last position, he was Vice President, Western Canada, where he was responsible for client relationships, sales, and delivery for IBM Canada’s western based clients. Prior to joining IBM, Hardy worked at RBC Royal Bank in their investment banking and IT organizations.

Hardy holds a BBA in Finance from Bishop’s University in Quebec.  He has also earned diplomas from executive programs at Harvard University, Boston University, University of Western Ontario and the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
