ABC Companies has finalized a deal to buy Jersey City, NJ-based Hudson Body Co. As a full-service body repair company, Hudson services a number of transportation companies and manufacturers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Hudson will continue to operate 
under the Hudson Body name, dba ABC Companies. Future plans include the development of an extensive renovation of the existing facility to expand service and parts operations.
Hudson Body has been in business for more than 60 years and has been family owned and operated since 1947. Equipped with nine bays, paint booths and portable lifts, Hudson Body serves operators of small, medium and large fleets, delivering a wide range of services, including bus and body repairs, general repairs and services, major and minor collision repairs, and manufacturer warranty repairs.
