On August 28, 2017, Clever Devices announced that it had completed its acquisition of Italian transportation scheduling software manufacturer MAIOR.

Portfolio Alignment
Clever Devices’ customers have long requested that we develop our own scheduling solutions.
MAIOR’s portfolio enables us to meet this need. Clever Devices will now be able to provide our
customers with the same great level of service and partnership for their scheduling solutions
that they have always enjoyed with our other market-leading solutions.
In turn, MAIOR customers will now benefit from the Clever Devices portfolio of complementary
solutions as well.
How Will We Work Together?
MAIOR will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Clever Devices with development and
marketing resources located in offices in Florence and Luca, Italy.
Customers in North America will continue to be represented by their currently assigned Clever
Devices account manager for all their ITS solutions including scheduling.
Existing MAIOR customers will continue to work with their previously assigned account
management representatives for their scheduling solutions. If they are interested
European customers interested in the Clever Devices portfolio of solutions will work with a
representative of Clever Devices account management team.
