Memphis will be the site Sunday for the American Public Transportation Association’s annual Bus & Paratransit Conference and International Bus Roadeo. The conference will be held at the Memphis Cook Convention Center, while the roadeo will be held Sunday morning at the Hickory Ridge Mall. The conference goes through May 25th.
The roadeo pits the best bus operators and bus maintenance teams in North America and from other continents. On Monday, the finals for the Customer Service Challenge will be held at the convention center. Winners for both the International Bus Roadeo and the Customer Service Challenge will be announced at an awards dinner on Tuesday. For more, visit www.apta.com.
