As a trusted resource to operators, service is designed to provide peace-of-mind, and maximum uptime.”
The MCI Service Center commitment to customers includes MCI’s ReliaDrive guarantee, providing same-day diagnostics, accurate estimates, fixed-right-the-first-time repairs, and a six-month parts and labor warranty on MCI and Setra coaches. If MCI fails to meet any of these standards, customers receive a free oil change on their next visit.
