B-V Links connects Barstow with desert cities

It’s now easier for people needing to travel from Barstow, CA to nearby desert cities. A new service from B-V Links started intercity bus service between Barstow and the Victor Valley area, in conjunction with the Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA). The new route comes in response from Barstow citizens – many of whom are elderly and disabled – requesting travel to Apple Valley and Victorville.

“B-V Link will be especially valuable to those residents of the Barstow area who cannot access the medical and social services that they need locally,” says VVTA spokesperson Mike Leonard. “This service was requested by the public and through the cooperation of multiple agencies it has come to fruition.” For more, visit www.wta.org.
