Where is he hiding? His company Red Arrow bus lines keeps profiles on customers without their consent and when you check in for a bus ride they insist on getting your address and other personal info which is none of their business. Their customer service clerks are rude and surly, especially one woman who works at Calgary Airport. I won’t be using their services again.
